Select a Suitable Place for Water Tank

· Step One

Use the dimensions to measure the place and make sure that the base twice the size of the tank base. Put a frame install and fill it with the sand. Pour the concrete and let it dry.
· Step Two
In this step, we’ll learn how to install water tank fittings and how to make connections. Some don’t have the provision for inlet and outlet overflow. You’ll need a hole saw, or jigsaw to cut the accurate hole and to avoid the leaks.
If you’ve downpipe, remove it from its elbow. Use 45- and 90-degrees elbows to make the connection into the inlet of your tank. Install water cleaning filters which will filter the water.
Install all the water tank fittings without using any adhesives. Secure your water storage tank with brackets.
· Step Three
Finally, you’ll make the outlet connections. Mostly the outlet holes are blank, and you’ll have to drill the holes where you want to the water to pass. Use drill and drill bit, measuring the diameter of the hole. However, it comes with different sizes.
Carefully drill the hole without damaging the threads. Install tap and hose fittings into the hole, and you’re good to go.
If you want to install the pump to take out the water, you should connect a rubber hose at the outlet. It will minimize the vibrations, and it will also reduce the risk of leakage.
